Prior to founding the firm, Adv. Ben Dror served as a senior partner at a leading commercial litigation firm.

Adv. Ben Dror has a vast experience and expertise in advising and representing clients in all courts, including arbitrations and mediations, in a variety of areas including contract law, corporate law, banking law, capital markets, property law, real estate, business partners parting ways,

non-competition by service providers and employees, trade secrets, option agreements, shareholders disputes, the diamond sector, and more.

Adv. Ben Dror is married to Einat and a father to Tali, Noa, and Tamar.

Adv. Harel has extensive experience representing clients

in complex high-profile cases in all areas of commercial law.

Adv. Harel has successfully led numerous commercial litigation cases, including banking litigation.

Prior to founding the firm, Adv. Harel served as a partner

at a leading commercial and banking litigation firm.

Adv. Harel has vast experience and expertise in advising and representing clients in all courts, including arbitrations and mediations, in a variety of areas including banking law, money laundering, cryptocurrency, contract law, corporate law, capital markets, property law, real estate, and more.

Adv. Harel also has extensive experience in derivative suits and class actions, both in economic-commercial and consumer cases.

Adv. Harel lectures on her various areas of expertise

in a variety of forums, including in CLE courses of the Israel Bar Association.

Adv. Harel is married to Eldad and a mother to Alon, Yonatan, and itay.
